Are you passionate about short films and interested in film curation? Encounters Film Festival is looking for Volunteer Pre-Selectors to help review submissions for the 2025 edition of the festival!
As a Pre-Selector, you’ll play a key role in shaping the festival programme by watching and assessing 100, 150, 200 or 250 short films, depending on your availability. This is a flexible, remote volunteer role, perfect for those eager to gain hands-on experience in festival programming and discover exciting new filmmaking talent.
